Poll Manager Widget

The Poll Manager Widget is a very nice addition to any Graffiti CMS site.  It gives administrators the ability to create a poll that visitors can use to vote on poll items.  If the user has already submitted a vote for the poll, a flash chart of the results will be displayed.  The Poll Manager tracks the number of votes for each item and the IP address of all users who have voted in order to limit duplicate voting.

There are a few limitations to the Poll Manager Widget.  Currently it is limited to one poll per installation and can have a maximum of 10 poll items.

The results are displayed in a 2D Flash Pie Chart like the image below

This plugin is a part of the Graffiti Extras project and can be download at http://codeplex.com/GraffitiExtras

The poll itself will show a count of the total users who have voted on the poll and how many users have submitted comments regarding the poll. To view results of each of the answers to the survey questions, click the link View Results from the active poll on the homepage. Each answer has associated with it a bar graph representing the number of votes the answer has received as a percentage of the other answers.

This is very useful for gathering the information quickly easily. I love how it displays it to the user if they're attempting to vote from the same IP again, too.

This is much better than poll management that I've seen before. The graph is very easy to read and doesn't include needless data that just makes it confusing. It's quick to load when they view the results, too.
